Qualifications

• 7–10 years in pharmaceuticals, biotech, life sciences communications.
• Bachelor's degree required in communications, PR, journalism, business, life sciences, or related field.
• Ability to counsel and influence senior leaders in a complex, matrixed org.
• Experience supporting scientific, manufacturing, supply chain, or business functions preferred.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical info into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, meet tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or business integration preferred.
• Proficient with digital platforms, content development, and social channels.
• Understanding of ethical and effective use of generative AI in communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for Product Development and External Manufacturing.
• Build deep understanding of Product Development and ExM to translate technical concepts into clear communications.
• Develop expertise in ExM model and how it enables clinical development, commercialization, and supply readiness.
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on priorities, change initiatives, and key decisions.
• Support internal programs to foster employee engagement and alignment across global teams.
• Create speeches, presentations, remarks, and leadership messaging for high-profile engagements.
• Identify storytelling opportunities highlighting innovation in product development and manufacturing."
• Manage external comms initiatives to strengthen enterprise reputation through media, digital content, and events.
• Support major organizational initiatives including operating model changes and digital transformation.
• Monitor industry trends to identify risks, opportunities, and issues for Product Development and ExM.
