Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to apply standard procedures to solve routine problems.
• Experience with analyzing information to make judgments.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Bridge communication between facilities management and safety teams for operational continuity.
• Serve as client-facing representative and provide regular updates.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations on account statistics and performance metrics.
• Translate project objectives into clear messages with management and teams.
• Coordinate meetings to review reporting requirements and performance.
• Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding as the primary guide.
• Oversee equipment provisioning and onboarding tools.
• Draft and distribute internal communications via memos, newsletters, decks.
• Compile and disseminate operational reports to leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends and communication best practices.
