Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations or communications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, writing, communications, marketing, media or related field.
• Exceptional writing ability.
• Ability to build productive relationships with diverse clients, including senior executives.
• Strong teamwork and project management skills.
• Familiarity with traditional and emerging communication platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage various company accounts, providing strategic communications counsel.
• Develop strategic internal and external communications strategies/messages and implement on all company issues.
• Interface with officers and managers to develop business goals and announce initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute comprehensive internal and external campaigns.
• Write for intranet, executive talking points, email announcements, social media posts, and video scripts.
• Support public relations, including storm and emergency communications.
• Contribute to campaign development and create content for targeted audiences.
• Provide copywriting and editing support for promotional materials.

Education
