Qualifications

• Bring 5+ years of professional communications experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing effective communications strategies and campaigns.
• Manage projects successfully, drive innovation, and build collaborative relationships.
• Experience with event management and executive communications.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and social media strategies.
• Exhibit exceptional writing, editing, and oral communication skills (writing samples will be requested).
• Possess excellent written and oral English language skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Background in energy or technology sectors preferred.
• Experience working in a global, complex organization and cross-functional teams (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic communications plans supporting U.S. operations.
• Create engaging written and visual communications across channels, including newsletters and social media.
• Provide communications support for corporate and employee events, including facility openings, trade shows, and related activities.
• Support executive communications and thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage internal communications and change management programs for the U.S.
• Support media, government, and community relations colleagues.
• Execute successful U.S. stakeholder interactions with media, government officials, and influencer audiences.
• Oversee the rollout and localization of global communications initiatives and change management plans within the US.
