Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Communications Representative Senior to lead integrated planning and storytelling for MFC and the CIO organization in Orlando, FL. The role partners with Employee & Executive Communications, Integrated Communications, and enterprise counterparts to shape messaging and campaigns.

The successful candidate will advise the MFC CIO and VP on executive communications and employee engagement, driving priorities with a collaborative, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Strong writing, editing and oral communications skills.
Experience with internal communication platforms and AP Style.
Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
Active contribution to developing integrated communications concepts.

Responsibilities

Serves as direct communications advisor to the MFC Chief Information Officer and Vice President, including executive communications and employee engagement.
Leads integrated communications planning and storytelling for enterprise-wide priorities.
Collaborates with functional, program, employee and external partners on major initiatives and milestones.
Represents MFC Communications on campaigns and initiatives.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
