Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or government/public affairs preferred.
• Experience with Capitol Hill or public affairs campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to develop strategic and tactical plans and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, and content for Government Affairs priorities.
• Build and execute an annual audience engagement strategy.
• Translate policy topics into external/internal talking points.
• Prepare external materials: remarks, fact sheets, and statements.
• Support media and thought leadership efforts and elevate the org's perspective.
