Leidos Inc is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer (CCMO) at the Reston, VA headquarters. You will translate enterprise priorities into action, align executive messages, and drive strategic initiatives across CMWO teams.

Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with strong communication skills, highly organized, and capable of guiding complex, matrixed programs while coordinating with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience (or equivalent years)
• Proven track record managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong corporate communications, brand and marketing acumen
• Ability to influence and align senior leaders without formal authority
• Adaptable and able to work extended hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the organization's strategic agenda with CCMO
• Manage governance, timelines, leadership meetings, and follow-up actions
• Develop internal/external messages, speeches, and executive materials
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, IT to advance cross-functional priorities
• Identify efficiency opportunities and lead change management initiatives
