Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years with a Master’s, or PhD with 7 years’ experience.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise communications strategies and campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with executive-ready material.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise employee communications strategy and editorial agenda aligned with business priorities.
• Design and deliver integrated internal campaigns across channels and managers.
• Create manager toolkits, FAQs, stories, newsletters, and change communications.
• Govern employee channels (intranet, email, collaboration tools, town halls, digital signage).
• Build manager communications capability with cascade plans and briefing materials.
• Use analytics and feedback to improve relevance and outcomes.
• Coordinate communications for organizational change with HR, Legal, Security, and operations.
