Leidos seeks a Chief of Staff to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer (CCMO) at the Reston HQ to drive strategic priorities, coordinate executive operations, and align the CMWO organization with enterprise goals. This role partners with CCMO and leadership across Finance, HR, IT to manage the business rhythm, prepare executive materials, and shape the corporate narrative.

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience.
Proven track record managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a large matrixed organization with senior leaders.
Strong corporate communications, brand and marketing acumen, with experience preparing executive materials.
Highly organized, analytical, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence, build trust, and drive alignment across senior leaders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CCMO to set and execute the organization's strategic agenda and priorities.
Manage the organization's business rhythm, meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups with the CCMO Executive Assistant.
Support the CCMO in developing internal and external messages, speeches, presentations, and reports.
