Job summary

Nscale, the GPU cloud for AI, seeks a Communications Specialist to support Managing Directors and senior leaders across social content, events, and external moments. You will draft executive LinkedIn posts, prepare briefing materials, coordinate reviews, and help keep communications programs moving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, corporate affairs, executive communications, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience writing for senior leaders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Experience supporting executives, speaking engagements, social content, or events.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, judgement, and discretion.
• Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and teams across the business.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach and the ability to work independently toward an end goal.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and context-switching is essential.
• Agency experience is valued; in-house or startup experience is also relevant.
• Experience in technology, infrastructure, or AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft executive content including LinkedIn posts, briefing materials, and Q&As.
• Coordinate content calendars, reviews, approvals, and publishing for senior leaders.
• Support execution of communications plans and identify opportunities.
• Translate priorities into clear, audience-appropriate executive content.
• Coordinate the executive speaking program and event logistics.
• Prepare briefing materials and talking points for panels, fireside chats, and keynotes.
• Support senior leaders onsite at priority events, including logistics and communications activity.
• Manage day-to-day Legal review process for external materials.
