Job summary

ThinkTek is hiring a Business Analyst to support a DoW-focused team. You will draft, coordinate, and store executive communications materials, track multiple deliverables, and ensure accuracy across briefing products.

You will maintain briefing repositories, dashboards, and archives, coordinating across program leadership and SMEs to deliver timely, high-quality materials for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting strategic communications and executive leader support within the DoW.
• Experience developing and maintaining briefing repositories in DoW systems.
• Ability to track deadlines and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate executive communications and briefing materials.
• Maintain task dashboards, archives, and repository maps for quick access.
• Support coordination with program leadership and SMEs across domains.
• Prepare read-aheads, papers, decks, talking points, and Q&A matrices.
• Ensure current-product visibility and compliance with naming and taxonomy rules.
