Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Senior Management Analyst to support a high-performance DoW-tuned team. You will synthesize complex technical data into decision-ready documentation and coordinate with SMEs and Government leaders to drive executive-level priorities.

The role emphasizes strong written/verbal communication, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of reports and briefing materials, with a focus on quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting strategic communications/executive support within DoW.
• Experience sustaining briefing repositories in DoW systems.
• Ability to coordinate across SMEs and Government leaders.
• Experience with schedule variance, critical path, and milestone management.
• Capable of leading schedule planning with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with PowerBI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inventory dashboards, templates, and taskers; develop validated artifact inventory.
• Manage delivery, staffing, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Set cadence with Government points of contact for delivery and escalation.
• Maintain staffing plan, suspense tracker, and integrated delivery calendar.
• Deliver recurring contract reports: progress, status, and management.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Plan and product checklists.
• Ensure staffing continuity and cross-training; backfills as needed.
• Coordinate across team and Agency senior leaders for visibility.
• Oversee dashboard development and briefing repository management.
• Produce accurate, decision-ready executive communications and technical docs.
• Monitor workload triage for rapid responses without sacrificing quality.
