Job summary

SPC Construction Co. is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist the Communications and Marketing team in creating, maintaining, and distributing corporate materials.

You will gain hands-on experience in content development, media coordination, branding, and digital communications within a professional corporate environment. The role supports branding consistency, media kit coordination, and external stakeholder messaging while offering exposure to press inquiries, awards research, and website

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with branding and digital communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company communication materials (graphics, brochures, fact sheets, presentations, logos, promotional assets) per branding standards.
• Assist with planned media efforts by gathering media kits and coordinating costs, deadlines, and specs.
• Support development of messaging for external stakeholders related to company strategy, programs, and initiatives.
• Serve as initial contact for press inquiries and escalated requests to the communications team.
• Assist proposal and project teams with industry award research and submission preparation.
• Support content management for internal and external corporate websites.
• Uphold company core values, strategic plans, and corporate policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
