Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, reporting, and workforce administration.
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, business leaders and HR Center of Excellence.
• Understanding HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, orientation, recruitment, leave of absence, Workers Comp, HRIS, payroll, benefits).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Co-Pilot preferred.
• Public speaking and presentation skills; ability to handle confidential information with tact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily HR operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact with COEs on program delivery issues and customizations.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, leaves, workers' comp, payroll coordination, and separations.
• Build cross-functional relationships with employees, HRBPs, and leaders.
• Maintain compliant personnel-file practices and data protection.
• Produce audits, reports, and HR metrics for leadership review.
• Support HRBPs with staffing, retention, and performance processes.
• Support HR policies, documentation control, and intranet updates.
