Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, seeks a Mid-level Communications/Change Management Analyst to support FHFA communications and change initiatives, helping plan, develop, and execute strategies for program adoption.

The role involves drafting talking points, brochures, blogs, and briefings; coordinating stakeholder engagement; and analyzing communications effectiveness to drive understanding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, change management, or related business operations support.
• Experience with IT operations communications preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of communications and change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Formulate informational strategies to promote understanding of programs and procedures for target audiences.
• Develop communication content such as talking points, bulletins, brochures, blog posts, briefings, and presentations.
• Analyze program communications effectiveness and compliance with policies; provide insights and recommendations.
• Use project management techniques to coordinate events/informational campaigns.
• Prepare technical reports, correspondence, policy memoranda, and other documentation.
• Consult with staff on communication development and presentation; review written work for content, style, and presentation.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessments, and training coordination.
• Support business operations by researching, compiling, and analyzing information for communication guidance.
• Perform miscellaneous duties to support office operations.
