Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior strategic communications leader to shape enterprise messaging for NGA priorities, advise senior leadership, and drive change across the IC and international partners. You will develop executive communications, talking points, and briefings to support decision-making and workforce engagement.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with CI poly, a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of experience, and a proven ability to manage high-visibility programs and cross-agency

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management supporting IC or DoD customer.
• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and align messaging across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise communications strategies and campaigns that align with NGA priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership with executive messaging, talking points, and briefings.
• Plan and manage high-visibility events and coordinate stakeholder discussions to drive adoption of key programs across IC and international partners.
