Job summary

Archdiocese of Seattle is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the archdiocesan communication strategy at the Chancery and across the diocese. You will manage integrated campaigns, write content, and develop promotion plans.

You will lead campaign briefs, coordinate with ministry stakeholders, track campaigns, and ensure timely delivery across graphics, editorial, and digital teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience in project or process management.
• Experience developing promotional plans.
• Experience writing, editing and proofreading content.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with creative design teams.
• Experience with campaign measurement, analytics and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage communication campaigns.
• Own campaign briefs and processes.
• Coordinate campaign details with ministry stakeholders via briefs.
• Lead multiple campaigns for internal and external audiences.
• Create content, messaging and promotion plans.
• Track campaigns and request updates as needed.
• Maintain campaign calendar and project management tools.
• Support graphics, editorial and digital content teams.
• Act as liaison between Communications team and Chancery stakeholders.
• Plan workbacks and milestones for major campaigns.
• Report on campaign performance metrics and analytics.
