Archdiocese of Seattle is seeking a Planning & Mission Coordinator to support pastoral and strategic planning across parishes, schools, and Catholic ministries in western Washington. The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and effective communications to advance evangelization efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in administrative roles.
• Experience with budgets and financial operations.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams with professionalism.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Director and team.
• Handle inbound communications, document prep, proofreading, and record management.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, minutes, and event logistics.
• Support training and staff development events (virtual and in-person).
