Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategy, operations, program management, or operating role supporting a senior leader or cross-functional team.
• Proven systems thinker who clarifies messy workflows and builds lasting solutions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create processes, onboarding resources, and shared playbooks to help the team plan, track, and execute work.
• Lead automation of inbound requests, inquiries, and comms channels with AI-enabled workflows.
• Act as embedded PgM for major comms programs from planning through delivery.
• Manage budgets, contracting, POs, payments, and budget reporting processes.
• Build dashboards and reports to measure impact and inform decisions.
