Job summary

Twin Disc is seeking a strategic Commodity Manager in Wisconsin to lead sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier performance, and deliver annual cost savings aligned with business objectives. You will manage key supplier relationships and support new product development from prototype through production launch.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and negotiation skills with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management, and will leverage global sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or commodity management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success identifying, qualifying, and developing new supplier relationships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and driving measurable cost savings initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity and supplier strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen and diversify the supply base.
• Lead supplier selection activities and establish sourcing strategies for materials, components, and outside processing services.
