Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• CPM or CPIM certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and ERP implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong supplier relationships to gain competitive advantages across cost, quality and service.
• Negotiate purchasing agreements including pricing and terms.
• Assess supplier performance through reviews and data analysis.
• Onboard new suppliers and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Analyze demand data and market trends to guide procurement.
• Manage supplier onboarding process and identify strategic partners.
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond cost savings and drive continuous improvement.
