Twin Disc, a global leader in power transmission and propulsion technology, is seeking a strategic Commodity Manager in Racine, WI. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and driving annual cost savings while supporting new product development from prototype to launch.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and negotiation skills with manufacturing and supply chain knowledge, to influence decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of sourcing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new supplier relationships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and driving cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity and supplier strategies.
• Lead supplier selection and onboarding.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
• Track cost savings and supplier performance.
• Support new product development and prototyping.
