You will partner with Engineering, Production, Finance, and Procurement to inform sourcing strategies and strengthen supply chain resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement/commodity management, with technical or equipment-based sourcing.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and pricing data evaluation.
• Proven negotiation skills with supplier contracts.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• CPSM/CSCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and sourcing: identify and evaluate suppliers, lead sourcing, negotiate terms.
• Strategic planning: develop commodity sourcing strategies aligned to OSM.
• Market analysis: monitor markets and trends to inform decisions.
• Inventory and budget management: analyze levels, schedules, and budgets.
• Supplier relationship management: maintain relationships and evaluate performance.
• Knowledge sharing: mentor buyers and analysts.
• Risk mitigation: manage price volatility and disruptions.
