Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or a technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in light manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence across management levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools for data analysis and communication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and technical data.
• Experience presenting to operations leadership (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute supply chain strategies for assigned commodities.
• Identify and manage preferred suppliers to meet global requirements.
• Drive world-class quality, delivery, and cost via supplier optimization.
• Coach and mentor procurement team members.
• Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to meet objectives.
• Forecast price trends and analyze spend data.
