Job summary

You will develop and execute high-impact supply chain strategies while collaborating with business units to deliver quality products for the dental industry. You will lead supplier selection, negotiation, and ongoing cost reduction efforts, mentor team members, and partner with project managers to support new product development and large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Sourcing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of sourcing experience, preferably in light manufacturing.
• Ability to influence across all management levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools for data analysis and communication.
• Experience interpreting engineering documentation and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute supply chain strategies for assigned commodities.
• Manage supplier base and performance ratings to meet global requirements.
• Drive best-in-class supply chain processes and supplier optimization.
• Lead sourcing for new product development (NPD).
• Collaborate with leaders, estimators, project managers, and site materials personnel.
