Job summary

A-dec, Inc. (USA) seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movement across manufacturing settings in Oregon.

You will coordinate supply flows, mentor the team, and drive safety, quality, and delivery performance while championing lean improvements. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in warehouse/logistics and 3+ years in leadership, plus ERP/WMS experience to optimize inventory accuracy and throughput.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movement to meet production and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate material flow and distribution across warehouse locations to ensure continuity of supply.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including system transactions and cycle counting.
• Monitor KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, attendance) and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve issues in inventory, workflow, staffing, and material flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members with coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage workforce administration including timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing needs and employee relations.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles to improve efficiency.
