Atlas Connections is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager in the DMV region. You will lead 3–4 commercial sales reps, manage your own book, set strategy with the VP, and train the team in estimating, bid writing, and closing.

The role requires a hunter mentality, proven multi‑million dollar selling ability, and on‑site presence with occasional field visits. Expected total compensation ranges from $115K to $150K+ in the first year.

Formación

• Experience leading a commercial sales team with a seat in sales strategy.
• Track record of personally selling multi‑million dollar volumes in commercial trades.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the DMV with on‑site field visits.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual sales plan, revenue forecasting, and pipeline analysis against targets.
• Hire, train, and develop the commercial sales team; set individual and team targets.
• Maintain personal production between $2M–$5M annually from the seat.
• Collaborate with operations to sustain year‑round crew utilization.
• Manage sales data, produce weekly/monthly reports for the VP.
