Rolling Suds Alexandria-Arlington is seeking an ambitious outside sales professional to own a market in the DMV. You will prospect, visit sites, present proposals, and close commercial accounts while collaborating with operations to ensure retention and renewals.

This is a ground-floor role with growth into sales leadership. You’ll operate with an owner-direct setup, manage a 30-50 prospect pipeline, and benefit from uncapped commissions and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales — you’ve carried a bag and hit a number.
• Comfortable in person: site visits and relationship-based selling.
• Organized self-starter who can manage their own pipeline.
• Experience in CRE services, facilities, landscaping, or building services is a plus.
• Leadership mindset — you want to build a team, not just a territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

We're 77% commercial revenue, with long-term recurring contracts across Northern Virginia and Maryland — clients include management companies and REITs such as JLL, Greystar, Grady Management, First Residential, Regency Centers, and Combined Properties. We just expanded into new Maryland territories and we're building the sales function to match.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll come in as an individual contributor, work directly with the owner and Director of Operations, own a market, and grow into Sales Director as we scale. We want someone hungry enough to build something, not just work a territory.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and close new commercial accounts: property managers, HOA directors, facility managers, and commercial real estate firms across the DMV
• Conduct site walks and present proposals on-location
• Manage a pipeline of 30-50 active prospects at any time
• Handle inbound residential estimates and convert them to booked jobs - we route them, you close them
• Work closely with operations to ensure client retention and contract renewals
• Build toward leading and managing a sales team as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable in person: site visits, property walkthroughs, relationship-based selling

• Experience in commercial real estate services, facilities, landscaping, or building services is a strong plus
