P.I. Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team in Arkansas. You will estimate, manage, and close-out commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with suppliers, subs, and the CFO for margin control.

The role requires evaluating bids, preparing scopes and budgets, and maintaining strong client communication. Competitive base pay with incentives and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial roofing experience in estimating, project management, or both.
• Working knowledge of commercial roof systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and prepare scopes, take-offs, budgets, and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Solid client and subcontractor communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, estimating, and scheduling software.
• Understanding of jobsite safety requirements, including fall protection.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial roofing opportunities.
• Prepare accurate proposals with scope, materials, schedules, and costs.
• Submit leads, estimates, and contracts through CRM and estimating systems.
• Build job folders and budgets with labor, materials, subs, and equipment.
• Maintain timely follow-up on proposals and client communication.
• Oversee projects from handoff through pre-construction, production, and closeout.
• Manage suppliers and subs, warranties, and project timeline.
• Ensure on-time progress billing and margin review with CFO.
