Job summary

Brown’s Roofing LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to evaluate opportunities, build competitive proposals, and set commercial projects up for success from the very beginning. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate with our commercial sales, production, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth handoff to production.

• Ability to read plans, specifications and bid documents.
• Accurate takeoffs and cost understanding (labor, materials, equipment).

You'll work closely with our commercial sales, production, and leadership teams — because a great project starts with a great estimate.

Qualifications

• Able to accurately perform takeoffs and understand labor, material, equipment, and project costs.
• Analytical — you enjoy working with numbers.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized; you catch the details other people miss.
• Clear communicator with vendors, manufacturers, and our internal team — and you follow through on commitments.
• Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines without letting details fall through the cracks.
