P.I. Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team in Arkansas. You will estimate, manage, and close-out commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with suppliers, subs, and the CFO for margin control.

The role requires evaluating bids, preparing scopes and budgets, and maintaining strong client communication. Competitive base pay with incentives and full benefits are included.

• Proven commercial roofing experience in estimating, project management, or both.
• Working knowledge of commercial roof systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and prepare scopes, take-offs, budgets, and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Solid client and subcontractor communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, estimating, and scheduling software.
• Understanding of jobsite safety requirements, including fall protection.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing commercial team.

What You'll Do — Estimating

• Identify and pursue new commercial roofing opportunities
• Perform roof inspections and prepare accurate, complete, and timely proposals — scope, materials, schedules, and cost breakdowns
• Submit all leads, estimates, and contracts through the company's approved CRM and estimating systems
• Build the job folder and budget worksheet, with labor, material, subs, and equipment
• Maintain timely follow-up on proposals and strong client communication
• Hand off won jobs cleanly — walk scope, budget, and assumptions through with the Superintendent line by line

What You'll Do — Project Management

• Oversee jobs from handoff through pre-construction, production, and closeout
• Lock in suppliers and subs, process manufacturer warranties, and build the project timeline
• Manage jobs in progress: signed change orders only, on-time progress billing, and real-time notes and updates to the Production Coordinator
• Run closeout — verify every cost, review margin and profitability with the CFO, and feed takeoff misses back to estimating
• Complete all warranty and closeout documentation

Industry Compliance & Standards

• Stay current on building codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety policies
• Comply with all company Standard Operating Procedures

Compensation

• $60,000 base salary, plus incentive bonuses based on estimating and project performance
