Job summary

Roof Doctors LLC is seeking a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator in Tennessee to provide accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects. You will identify materials, labor and other costs, and communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective estimates.

The role requires strong math skills, ability to read plans and a focus on safety and industry standards. Experience with commercial roofing systems (flat, standing seam) is preferred.

• Roof Surveying
• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate job estimates.
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects.

• Maintain records of bids, suppliers, and job costs.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and vendors.
• Assess the potential profitability of projects based on estimates.
• Review projects to ensure that all materials and processes comply with industry standards.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are adhered to.
• Budget vs. Actual
• Warranty Submittals

The Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects. This role will ensure to identify and estimate the materials, labor, and other costs required for each job. The Estimator will also be responsible for communicating with clients, vendors and other pertinent parties to ensure that estimates are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roof Surveying


• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate job estimates.


• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects.

• Familiarity with building materials, products, construction techniques, and industry standards.
