Qualifications

• 3–5 years of roofing estimating experience.
• Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
• Edge Estimating Software preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and set objectives for duties assigned.
• Estimate job costs and submit proposals for review.
• Draft proposals to General Contractors, private clients, and other customers.
• Be accountable for your own goals, decisions, and bids.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors on changes to estimates.
