Aon has exciting opportunities to join our Commercial Risk team as a Producer in New Jersey. This role focuses on generating new business through networking, collaborating on strategic plans, and delivering tailored risk solutions to meet client needs.

You will leverage data and analytics from Aon's research teams and support a portfolio of prospects. A bachelor's degree and 5–10+ years in insurance or consulting underpin your candidacy; P&C licensure is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting or enterprise products and/or services.
• Willingness to acquire P&C license.

Responsibilities

• Showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new business.
• Influence and collaborate to build strategic plans and present risk solutions.
• Broaden your consultative reach by engaging prospects and providing creative and applicable advice across all of Aon's solutions.
• Solve complex business issues using the data and analytics available at your fingertips from Aon's research teams combining your eye for business and understanding of current trends
• Support a team in the management of a portfolio of prospects' business
