Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or combination of education and work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Good managerial, communication and sales skills
• MBA or master’s degree in business , finance or related field or combination of education and work experience
• 7+ years of Commercial or Specialty experience
• 7+ years of commercial credit experience
• Completed formal credit training program.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Deepen relationships of existing clients and acquire new clients, cross-selling lending, depository and Treasury Management products.
• Review clients' credit needs and design solutions with terms and collateral specifications.
• Manage the portfolio and ensure compliance with credit standards.
• Provide financial advice regarding trends and conditions of the business environment and banking trends.
