Job summary

Stoltz Management of Delaware, a real estate private equity firm with extensive U.S. holdings, seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee office, retail, and industrial properties.

You will work with senior management to set operating goals and craft the strategy to achieve them. You must be well-versed in all aspects of property operations including construction, maintenance, security, leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, CPM or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of multi-property management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Yardi; Voyager is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage property operations within budgets and plans.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, accounting and tenant relations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and budgets.
• Direct vendors, contractors and capital projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
• Be available for emergencies 24/7.
