Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly site inspections and reporting.
• Negotiate service contracts and supervise maintenance staff.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and tax billings.
• Support short-term leasing and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate emergency response and rent collection.
• Build relationships with municipal staff and police.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
