Legacy Commercial Property, based in Brentwood, TN, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee operations, budgeting, and tenant relations across a growing portfolio. The role emphasizes financial reporting, lease administration, and proactive problem solving to support property owners.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills; MRI or YARDI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years property management experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Office location in Brentwood, TN; 5 days per week.
Strong financial acumen; ability to review and analyze P&Ls and CAMs.
MRI or YARDI software experience preferred.
Proven commitment to internal and external customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Conduct periodic site visits to portfolio properties.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and market analyses for owners.
Manage lease administration including renewals and amendments.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
