Fairlawn is seeking a Commercial Property Manager in Champaign, Illinois to oversee the operations and financial performance of its commercial portfolio, coordinating with third-party managers and providing exceptional service to tenants and owners.

You will visit properties monthly, analyze performance data, and collaborate on budgets, capital projects, and reporting to leadership. This role emphasizes integrity, accountability, and proactive asset management.

Formación

• Strong financial and analytical skills to interpret statements, reports, budgets and KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage tenant relations, vendors, and business partners.
• Experience overseeing commercial office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of the commercial portfolio.
• Develop relationships with tenants, owners, and investment partners; provide superb service.
• Monitor lease administration, renewals, and critical dates; drive occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate annual operating and capital budgets; manage capital improvements and vendors.
