Fairlawn is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to lead the UIUC Smile Team across our 1,500+ unit portfolio. The role emphasizes maintaining exceptional resident services, leasing, maintenance, and vendor coordination while upholding Fairlawn’s values.

You will guide on-site teams, ensure budget adherence, and drive property performance across markets in Illinois. The role offers growth within a growing student housing platform and requires strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience (multi-site preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Property Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams (>=3 years).
• Proficiency with technology (e.g., MS Office, AppFolio) and adaptability to new tools.
• Strong attention to detail, high energy, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site team members and hold them accountable.
• Oversee daily operations: resident services, leasing, maintenance, turnover, and vendor activities.
• Monitor performance vs. budget; report to corporate office and ownership entities.
• Assist in preparing annual operating and capital budgets and track progress.
• Inspect properties to uphold high standards and market-ready condition.
