Job summary

Peerless Fence is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial installations, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams. You will report to the Director of Commercial Operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes proactive communication with clients, accurate cost review, and daily management of on-site activities across our Illinois operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling, construction management and/or project management.
• A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage many projects at once.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and escalations.
• Proficient in CRM systems and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review new projects for accuracy and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients on timelines and installation dates.
• Monitor installation schedules and manage labor and material needs.
• Ensure safety and quality objectives are met by contractors.
• Document communications and project tasks in the CRM.
• Track subcontractor invoices and evaluate project financials.
• Assist with inventory control and procurement as needed.
