Job summary

The Commercial Project Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Phillips/Smith supports restoration projects from initial loss through final payment, acting as the administrative and operational liaison among clients, project managers, estimators, accounting, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects organized and profitable.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of admin or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin contact for commercial clients.
• Maintain proactive communication on project progress, scheduling, billing, and payments.
• Coordinate with customers for approvals and information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist estimators and project managers in streamlining estimating for billing and cash flow.
• Manage project information in SERVPRO project management systems.
