Job summary

SERVPRO® Team Friermuth is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to be the primary commercial contact for projects, coordinating communication, contracts, scope documents, and billing readiness. This role works closely with Project Managers, Operations, Audit, Accounting, and Leadership to ensure project success from opportunity to final collection.

Ideal candidates will build strong customer relationships, manage documentation, and coordinate schedules and risks, maintaining SERVPRO®

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, project coordination, property management, insurance, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage new project opportunities and customer intake.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, adjusters, and stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings and provide project communication and updates.
• Coordinate Commercial Service Agreements, Rate Sheets, and Scope Documents.
• Assist with scope development, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support project financial projections and maintain version control of approvals.
• Coordinate with Project Management regarding schedules, project expectations, and risks.
• Ensure required documentation is prepared for progress and final billing.
• Assist with customer follow-up and collection efforts.
• Represent SERVPRO® Team Friermuth professionally while maintaining compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Position Summary

This role works closely with Project Managers, Operations, Audit, Accounting, and Leadership Teams to help ensure projects are delivered successfully from initial opportunity through final collection.

Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission

The salary listed reflects the base salary portion of the compensation package. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based commission opportunities tied to successful project outcomes, customer satisfaction, and profitable project execution. Commission opportunities are designed to reward strong individual contribution, accountability, and project success. A general overview of the compensation plan will be provided during the hiring process.
