Job summary

Equity Bank seeks a Commercial Portfolio Manager to oversee the administrative management of assigned commercial loan relationships. This role supports the Commercial Loan Officer, maintains credit files, and assists in underwriting and credit packet preparation.

You will communicate with borrowers to gather necessary information for ongoing monitoring and annual reviews. The CPM will work with the Credit Department to ensure timely processing of loan requests, reflect terms accurately in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; banking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with banking products and services advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative aspects of assigned lending relationships and maintain up-to-date credit files.
• Assist in underwriting and preparing credit approval packets.
• Communicate with borrowers to obtain necessary information for monitoring and reviews.
• Coordinate with Credit Department to process loan requests in a timely manner.
• Present Annual Reviews to Loan Committee.
• Ensure documents reflect approval terms and protect bank rights.
