Job summary

Zions Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., seeks a Commercial Portfolio Manager for the Specialty Loan Servicing group in Midvale, UT. You will underwrite and service a portfolio of commercial loans, perform credit analysis, and manage client relationships with a focus on risk and profitability.

This on-site role requires 2–4+ years of lending experience, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with Relationship Managers and Branch Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4+ years credit lending or 5+ years related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial lending.
• Deep credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, credit scoring, loan documentation.
• Experience with bank loan and deposit systems (Credit Lead, Moody’s).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication; MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and service a portfolio of commercial loan relationships.
• Spread and analyze financial statements, address industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring and pricing.
• Credit analysis and monitoring of credit performance and loan presentations.
• Provide customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
• Manage existing client relationships and assist Relationship/Branch Managers with credit requests.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients on sensitive matters and routine tasks.
