Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field and 10+ years of commercial banking loans, credit, structuring, portfolio management experience.
• Managerial or supervisory experience required; combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of loans, credit analysis, underwriting, and loan processing procedures and regulatory context.
• Strong management, problem solving and communication skills; ability to lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Manages a team of Portfolio Managers that manage and service portfolio loan relationships.
• Ensures the team expands and builds relationships with high customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the teams’ loan structuring and monitoring of credit performance; may back up other PMs.
• Evaluates credit risk and forms opinions for approving/denying loan applications per bank standards.
• Prepares loan presentations including new commitments, modifications and renewals; may structure loans outside policies.
• Mentors relationship managers and maintains client relationships with top-tier service.
