Your responsibilities include meeting clients, analyzing financials, explaining loan options, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate loan files while supporting collection actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
• Analyze clients’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Explain loan types and credit options, as well as terms of services.
• Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Prepare reports for delinquent accounts and forward for collector action.
• Contact clients or creditors to resolve questions about applications or assist with paperwork.
