PenAir Credit Union seeks a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager to oversee ongoing administration, monitoring, and risk management of its commercial loan portfolio. The role collaborates with Commercial Market Executives, Commercial Lenders, Credit Administration, and Loan Operations to ensure proper servicing throughout the life of each credit.

Responsibilities include portfolio reviews, financial statement analysis, covenant monitoring, and preparation of risk assessments and management reports

Competenze

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Experience analyzing commercial real estate, owner-occupied real estate, investment real estate, construction, and business lending relationships.
• Experience completing annual reviews, covenant monitoring, portfolio reporting, and risk-rating assessments.

• Portfolio Administration and Credit Monitoring.
• Credit analyses and reviews to support risk management.
• Prepare reports for loan committee and management.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
