Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to manage a defined portfolio, including loan origination to closing and post-closing administration.

You will partner with the Regional Management and Credit Officer to grow loan/deposit balances and generate fee income. Primary duties include underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management, with emphasis on risk control, cross-selling, and presenting loan requests through the bank's approval

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of five years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience in banking preferred.
• Strong background in working with financial statements and understanding their relevance to repayment ability.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and manage credit relationships to grow assets and deposits.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests and loan policy adherence and structure deals.
• Assist with due diligence, prepare opportunity memos, and participate in loan approval processes.
