Georgia's Own Credit Union is seeking a Portfolio Management Officer to oversee post-origination credit surveillance and reporting across a commercial banking portfolio. You will monitor borrower performance, covenant compliance, risk ratings, watchlists, and drive annual reviews in alignment with policy and enterprise governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, real estate, economics, or related field.

Mansioni

• Oversee ongoing financial performance monitoring for assigned portfolio including CRE, C&I, construction, and RE loans.
• Track covenant compliance, borrowing base requirements, financial reporting and documentation issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate risk ratings by identifying material changes in borrower performance and collateral quality.
• Administer watchlist relationships and support early problem loan identification to detect adverse trends.
• Coordinate annual reviews, portfolio reviews, renewals, and surveillance activities per policy.
